TIME LAG in inspiron 7548

I own an inspiron 15 7548 with touchscreen and ultra 4k display.

Ram : 16gb

Graphic card : 4gb (Radeon r7 250 m)

I tired playing nfs most wanted 2 and i experienced TIME LAG and wasnt much of a fun to play!

Anybody who could help ?
