I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Touchpad driver.
To uninstall go to Device Manager(Control Panel,System,Hardware),expand Mouse and pointing Device,right click on Touchpad listed,click Uninstall,put check mark for delete driver software(if that is an option),click OK.
Reboot the system,download and reinstall driver from this link below :

Note:If the Touchpad stops responding after uninstalling and rebooting,use a USB mouse to reinstall driver.

Dear Roshan!
Unfortunately I had remove and re-install the Dell Touchpad driver but I still got this issue.

Hi trongnguyen,
Try installing Touchfreeze application.This application will automatically disable Touchpad while typing.
Use this link to download and install : www.softpedia.com/.../TouchFreeze.shtml
Note:This is a 3rd party application and not a Dell validated application.
