If the Dell quickset application is not installed the hot key combinations will not work. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the Dell Quickset application from Application section and audio driver from audio section onto the system and install it.

Press Fn + F3 key to disable or enable the Touchpad on Dell Inspiron 17R laptop.
