Thanks for checking for me.

When I go to the DHL USA home site and click ANY link, I get a "the page cannot be displayed" error message and the window that says "

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

and gives me the option to send an error report. Yes, i do send it, ive sent it MANY times...what is the point of those darn things anyway.

p.s. Friggin' PC's

Sounds like you have some serious stability issues. Have you considered either a reinstall, spyware check or using a better browser like Firefox?

it probably is a stability issue...im using my room-mate's comp, I sent mine off to be repaired. I run Ad-aware on his comp, he also has sygate firewall, not to mention xp firewall (not good for much, but helps)...anyway...its really annoying

Your room mate's problem may be the fact he's running SP2 along with a 3rd party firewall.  I have seen quite a few articles about compatibility problems with Windows XP SP2 when  you have another firewall already running.  I he is running Sygate, you could try disabling the Windows firewall and see if you are able to access the page.
