I'm pretty sure you can't uninstall it. I know if you have the Enterprise edition, you don't even have an option to uninstall it - the only way to get rid of it is to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows.
That is not true it can be uninstalled. I have been able to do so with at least 25 Dell laptop computers. There is just one that I cannot install it from and don't know why.
I am having similar issue. Can't uninstall DDP Encryption - it does not show up in Control Panel - Programs and feature. Neither Uninstall command is available in shell menu.
