Hi Williamgg,

Welcome to the Community. I suggest you uninstall and reinstall your touchpad drivers. Click on start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, click on the symbol next to pointing devices, right click on Dell touchpad and click on uninstall, click ok to confirm. Once its removed log on to support.dell.com, click on drivers and downloads, enter your service tag, select your operating system, under Input you should find the Dell touchpad driver, download and install, and restart your computer a couple of times

Support site is down hence could not give the direct link to driver.

Thank you

Royan

Once you have reinstalled the drivers open the touchpad settings and disable the 'eraser head pointer' and make sure palm sensor for touchpad is on.
