USB 3.0 port not functioning well
I bought a laptop few weeks ago, XPS 15z, and i found that one of my USB 3.0 port could not work properly recently.I have installed the drivers from Dell's support website but it seems doesn't work at all. No matter what USB device that I inserted, it shows a message "USB Device Not Recognized". So, any solutions ?
