Hello Pagna,

Please help me understand if you are connecting a USB 2.0 Flash drive to the USB 3.0 port on the computer. If we connect a USB 2.0 Flash drive to a USB 3.0 port, the USB 3.0 port will be able to read the USB 2.0 device as it is backward compatible. However, the transfer speed would be as USB 2.0. Hence in order to get the high rate of transfer speed, we need to connect a USB 3.0 device to the USB 3.0 port.

Hope this helps!

Hello Pagna,

Please run the Microsoft Fix it to Diagnose and fix the USB problems automatically and check how it goes.
