USB 4 port mini-hub

I recently purchased a Tripp-Lite USB 4 port mini-hub from Dell but cannot make it work after plugging it into one of my USB ports. Any suggestions?

If you have Win 98, you need driver disk to install mass storage driver. If you have Win XP, it should automatically see your device and install. If none works yet, then check with Dell.
