USB DEVICE

After 13 months, the hard drive on my Inspiron 1520 failed.  I had it replaced and installed the os - windows xp home, all the drivers, software etc etc.  After a few days I got the below message:

Unknown USB Device is a hi speed usb device and will function at a slower speed when plugged into a non hi speed port.

The Hubs in bold type have free ports that can support the hi speed usb  device.

Intel(R) ICH8FamilyUSB2 Enhanced Host Controller 283A

      USB Root Hub (4 ports)

IntelICH8FamilyUSB2 Enhanced Host Controller 2836

   USB Root Hub (6 ports)

Disconnect unknown USB device from curent port and connect on a hub bolded above

I went to Device Manager and didn't have any unknown usb devices.  All the usb's are enabled and working properly.   guess my question is - does anyone know how to change the hub for the above controllers to one of the ports listed..  My other thought is that the drivers did not install properly.  I followed the order of reinstallation according to the dell web site.  Any ideas.  thanks.

I went to device manager and do not have any "unknown" USB Devices.  I don't have any periphals attached.
