USB Ports not working on e-port plus docking station
I have the latitude 6430 and I've tried 2 different docks and the USB ports do not work on the dock. They work fine on the laptop though.
The mic/headphone jacks do not seem to work either. The only ones that seem to work are the two DVI ports and the Ethernet connection
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with a E4300. I resolved it by going into Computer Management (RH click on My Computer - Manage)
Select Device Manager under system tools and look for any Unknown devices, under. Just right click and scan for Updates or Install software
