Hi Dell-Ravi  BC

I have got it back to the same as brand new, all I did was a system refresh and the computer was back the way it was when I had first bought it. Then all I did was put back on what I needed.

Hi whical,

I’d suggest that you update BIOS and chipset driver on your computer to check for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and Chipset from Chipset section onto the system and install it.

Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Dell-Ravi,

Hi whical,

You can consider reinstalling the operating system on the computer to check if it fixes the issue. Also, please private message us the system service tag so that I can check and assist you further.
