Unable to update Intel HD Graphics Driver

File Format: Update Package for Microsoft® Windows®

File Name: Video_Driver_DKWTJ_WN_10.18.10.3277_A00.EXE

 

I get the error message "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software". What is wrong and how can I rectify this?

 

I am using Dell Inspiron 14 3421.
