Update box on screen
I know there has to be a simple fix somewhere, but I'm just not seeing it. How do I remove the little blue Dell Update box from my screen?

There is a simple fix. Find the small icon down near the time and date, usually in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. The icon looks like a computer modem with a tool gear. Click on it; it is the Dell Update. When you click it the box should disappear, but if it doesn't, click "Exit Dell Update". That should do the trick. :)
