Upgrading Intel Processor Core 2 Duo on Studio 1537 Model
Is it worth upgrading the Intel Processor? I currently have a Core 2 Duo T5800 chip, but sometimes feel that the laptop can perform faster. I'm running on 3GB of RAM, Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit version.
Is there anything that I can upgrade in the laptop's hardware to speed up performance?

You can use just about any Core 2 Duo except for the Extreme Edition units. The newer Core i series is not supported.

Okay thanks. So its not worth either upgrading the motherboard or any other hardware?

You cannot upgrade the system board. You might consider upgrading to a full 4G of RAM, though.
