Verify Dedicated Graphics Card

i purchased dell xps 14z laptop one year back. now, i will decide to upgrade my laptop memory, graphic card. so, i checked ram. but, i don't how to check or verify dedicated graphics card & internal graphics card separately. can anyone tell me the checking procedure for dedicated graphics card.

The system shipped two ways:

1.  Intel video (part of the processor, which is soldered to the mainboard).

2.  Intel + nVidia video (Intel video part of CPU, soldered to the mainboard;  nVidia a separate chip, also soldered to the mainboard).

Neither has nor supports any video card - nor is either version upgradeable.

If you have the Optimus hybrid (nvidia+Intel) you'll see two entries for video controller in the device manager.
