Video driver installation fails
When I try to install the new driver for Intel HD 4600 graphics 20.19.15.4835 (provided on Dell website), the installation fails.

Reinstall the chipset drivers, reboot the computer and then download/install the video card drivers.

I am still getting an error when trying to install the driver. I also tried to uninstall the old driver before installing the new one, still getting the same error, please see below the log file:

I have the same laptop and cannot get the 4600 driver package installed. Exact same error message.
I tried reinstalling the chipset drivers but that did nothing.
I tried bypassing the install program by using the "Have Disk" method on the adapter properties window and that said I did not have a supported operating system.
How can I get this installed? The version I have is riddled with non-existent displays and other issues.

I downloaded the driver and then rebooted in SAFE MODE for both the Intel and Nvidia driver and they both worked. Would not work in normal mode. Also would not work with Defended turned off.

I'm beginning to wonder if someone forgot to include Win10 Enterprise as a valid OS for this install.
SAFE MODE gave me the same results...
