WD hdd & Acronis True Image WD Edition
I have a Dell Inspiron 1300 which contains an Western Digital hdd (model WDC WD600VE-75HDT1, serial number WD-WXE306309035).
Recently, I found out Western Digital offers Acronis True Image WD Edition for those who own such a hdd. I've downloaded the app and tried to install, but I've got this message. Contacting WD, they said to contact Dell support.
Well, could I get some help?
