What phone number do I call to ask for an authorization number to send my dell laptop back for repairs under warranty?

I have had problems with my Dell Inspiron from the first day It was delivered. Firstly sometimes the camera would not start and the @ button was in the " button and vice versa. The Internet would constantly stop working and still does. I put up with those small things but now my laptop will not go past the start up screen. I click on launch start up repair and it will not go past this page. I also tried starting windows normally then the starting windows sign will come up with the windows sign but then goes straight back to the page asking if I would like to launch startup repair or start windows normally. So I cannot get past this page. Since I received My laptop 11 months ago I can honestly say Ive only used it about 25 Times at the most to browse the net & use Itunes with my iphone. The problem I am having now started a week ago & ive turned it on everyday hoping it will just start working again but it has not. Could someone please give the phone number To call Dell about getting an authorization number to send my laptop to them for repairs and also the email address for Dell customer support. I'd really appreciate this. Dell sure does make it almost Impossible to return a computer under warranty for repairs. I dont think I will be buying a Dell laptop again if Dell Wont Repair my laptop or replace it and I will make sure everyone knows the outcome of my dealings with Dell. Also I'd like to know if anyone has ever taken Dell to small claims court in Australia? Please someone send me these Dell contact details asap. Thank you

I have posted what I could find with regard to Dell Technical Support for your area.  You may be able to find additional paths by going to support.dell.com and clicking on Contact Technical Support toward the bottom of the column of links found on the left hand side of the page.  Remember to check the left top of the support page to be certain it shows your region.  If it does not, click on the flag to get a drop-down menu of the various support regions.

I am based in the U.S., so I can't be certain what you will encounter, but in this country Dell requires you to contact Technical Support and go through some trouble-shooting before they will grant you a return authorization.
