When will it be released the patched BIOS of auto brightness issue of XPS 13 (9343)?

I've read an article saying that Dell has patched the auto brightness issue of XPS 13 laptop that users cannot disable its option.

Dell support of my regional area could not help me out to get the information. So I tried to contact US regional support but technically could not.

So according to that article above mentioned, it'll be possible to get the patched BIOS file when user asks to Dell support.

Can I get the patched BIOS file or should I wait until the file will have been released?
