Where is the BIOS

I am trying to download an updated BIOS for my Inspiron 6000.  Following the links gets me to http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R109329&SystemID=INS_PNT_6000&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=6999&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=3&catid=1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&fileid=142094 which says that it has the BIOS.  But when I choose "download" I get the DellDriverDownloadManager.application.  Running the DellDriverDownloadManager.application gets "no files selected" and redirects me back to the same page but there is no way to download the BIOS file there.

Where is the BIOS?

TIA

Completely clear your browser cache.  Go back in and instead of using the download manager, choose "download using my browser".
