WiFi+Docking problems

I have a Dell latitude E4300 specs:

Windows 7 PRO 64 bit

8 gigs of RAM

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 duo CPU  P9600 @ 2.53GHz  2.54GHz

Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I am having trouble when the laptop is docked. I have a PR02X Docking station connected to a HP F2105 Monitor.

When the laptop is not connected to the dock, it has great WiFi speed, no problems. Directly after docking the laptop though, the WiFi is HORRENDOUS. It has very little connection, and constantly drops the connection. I do not have a Network cable long enough to connect to the dock, and I do not wish to have a big cable running to my room. Can anyone help? I have spent countless hours searching the internet to find a solution, but it is all skewed and leads to no-where.

This problem has haunted me for years.
