Hi,

Since, you have tried to reinstall the software, would recommend you to create a new profile and then try reconfiguring the mouse which might resolve the issue. You can refer to the below mentioned steps to create a new user account in windows 7:-

1. Click Start, and Type User Accounts, either Press Enter or Click the User Accounts from the search results menu.

2. You will see User Accounts page, Click ‘Manage another Account’ to access the account’s overview.

3. From the account’s overview page click “Create a new account”.

4. Type a new Username in the empty box, and then select the account type.

5. It is recommended that you create a Standard user but if you are the only user I would recommend you create an Administrator account. It will have full control and access over the entire computer. You can also refer to the following link:-
