Wifi and bluetooth not working...

Please share the system model and operating system installed. Also, please share the screen shot of the 'Device Manager' with the 'Network Adapters' and 'Other Devices' expanded. Here are the steps to access 'Device Manager':

• Click on 'Start' and right click on 'Computer'.
• Click on 'Manage'.
• Click on 'Device Manager'.

Please refer to the link http://dell.to/18MB1BN for the instructions on how to download and install the drivers in correct manner. Also, you don't have to install all the drivers listed on the Dell website, you just need to install the drivers specific to the hardware installed on the system.

If the system was shipped with a wireless card, it is not getting detected. Please share the system model and operating system installed so that I can assist you further.

If wireless card was shipped along with the system, you try reseating it. Please click on the link http://dell.to/QjjZDA. Enter the Service Tag of your system and select the 'Manuals and Documentation' tab. Download the User's Guide or Service Manual from there. Follow the steps from it for removing and reseating the wireless card. Please follow the safety instructions.
