Windows Live Mail (Calendar) Time Notifications by Email
After I have entered an event in the calendar of Windows Live Mail, I request advance notification of the event, which I receive, but with a certain unusal result. I use Windows 7, and the date time is currently set to current date & time (using Arizona time zone).
When I receive by email an event scheduled to happen at a specific time (e.g. 9 a.m.), I receive the email notification, but it indicates that the event is for 11 a.m. It's clear to me that the email notification time is somehow been specifically set to EST.
Is there a time setting specifically found within Windows Live Mail that needs to be reset? As I've indicated my 'desktop' setting computer time setting is for Arizona Standard Time. And when I enter in Calendar a time of an event, on the screen it shows the time to be associated with Arizona Standard Time, in the daily, weekly and monthly screens.
Yet when I am notified in advance (according to a preference), the email shows the proper date, but it shows the time to be two hours (equal to EST) 'ahead' of AST. FYI, when the rest of the country goes to Day Light Savings Time & Arizona remains on Standard Time (a quirk of state politics), the difference between the time entered into Windows Live Mail-Calendar and the time that the event is notified to happen; is 3 hours. So it just confirms, to me, that somehow inspite of the computer time setting, which clearly is in Arizona Time, the setting specific for Windows Live Mail notifications is set to Eastern Time.
Any thoughts/suggestions/advice greatly appreciated.

Please disregard above setting as I realize it is more appropriate for the Software Windows Forum. Sorry!
