Wired network - Constantly disconnected (rt640x64)
Inspiron 15 (5548) running Windows 10 64-bit get constantly disconnected from the wired network.
Issue does not happen on wireless (although it has its own issues with very slow transfer 100-200KB/s vs. 6MB/s over wired).

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Was there any hardware or software changes done recently?
Please update the drivers if not yet done, from support.euro.dell.com .
How about in safemode? Did we try disabling the power management option from driver properties in device manager?
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message.
