Wrong Processor Speed...

I was doing some benchmarks with PCMark the other day, and it reported my processor speed as 897 MHz... when I have a 1.13 GHz PIII-M... now I thought this could be a fluke of the program or whatnot, so I downloaded intel's Processor Frequency ID utility ( http://support.intel.com/support/processors/tools/frequencyid/) and it reported similar numbers, ranging from 887 MHz to 925 MHz with stops in between at 897 MHz and 915 MHz. I went into my bios and set my speedstep to run the laptop at Max. Performance regardless of battery or ac power, and I'm getting the same result. Perhaps I'm just paranoid, but I want to make sure I'm getting the performance I paid for. If anybody has similar results or can explain this to me, please let me know
