XPS 12 BIOS Update Error

I tried to update the BIOS with the A02 version last week. No issues and it seemed to have gone through all right. When i run the Dell system checkup i get a test result showing all tests passed. However when I view the system history it shows there was a application error. Spoke with support and they said they could replace the motherboard. This was followed up with another call and they said the new A03 BIOS is available and he updated it yesterday for me. I am still getting the same error. 

My laptop is running perfectly fine and I am hesitant to open it up. So i asked if I could leave it as it is and request a change if something does happen. Has anyone else faced this issue while updating their BIOS? Any ideas what this is
