Well, removing Hyper-V from windows sure did fix my problem. Thanks for that!.

Now I just have to figure out a really easy way of switching hyper-v on ad off. VirtualBox won't run with it, and Visual-Studio can't run the Windows Phone emulator without it...

Ahh the life of a developer.
