XPS 12 Convertable touch screen stops and other various issues
I have a user who really likes his XPS 12 Convertable. However, he has been experiencing some really odd issues lately.
At various points, his touch screen stops responding. The computer seems to be running normally and if he switches the screen back, he can use his mouse. Anyway, we have tried everything listed in these posts:

Another issue that has cropped up is that when he types the cursor seems to start bouncing around like he is hitting the touchpad when he is nowhere near it. This issue seems linked to the touchscreen issue because it seems Windows is getting confused between the interface devices.
Anyone else had any issues like this? Any known cures? He really likes the machine when it works, but these issues make it almost unusable.
