XPS 13 9350 Won't Boot, Showing LED Error Codes

I swapped out the SSD in my XPS 13 and went to turn it back on afterwards. It doesn't show the Dell splash screen and I can't get into the BIOS. Instead it displays an LED error code: 2 flashes amber, 4 flashes white.

I called Dell Support and she had me press F12 and the power button which did make the Dell splash screen appear, but I still could not get into the BIOS. That was the only help she could offer, so if you all can't help me either I will try calling back Monday morning and try to get a higher level technician on the phone.

I've un-plugged and plugged in the battery as well, but that didn't help. The original drive is back in now, and I would like to have some direction on what the LED error code means.
