It will depend on your ability to find drivers -- Dell does not provide support or drivers for this system and Windows 7. Further, Windows 7 is not fully touch-integrated, so if you purchase the touch-screen version, you will lose some functionality just there.
Before you even attempt this, be sure you realize that (1) it may fail, and (2) as a result, be sure you have a working backup image (made using DBAR) before you even start. Dell can require you to restore the system to its as-shipped state before any needed hardware warranty assistance is provided. All software support will be voided if you change the operating system.
Just be sure you realize that what you want to do is not supported by Dell and could conceivably involve a significant investment of your time in getting the system to work properly.
