XPS 13 Image retention

Question

I noticed today that the taskbar of my window appeared to be burned into the screen and was visible when I hit Ctrl Alt Del. Some people have called this issue ghosting, burn in, image retention or image persistence. I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem, but if you simply hit Ctrl Alt Del and look to the bottom of your screen you might faintly see the windows taskbar still there. Is this normal for the Dell XPS 13? (9360) I have the touchscreen version. Edit: The issue lasts for more than 10 minutes even with the laptop off.

But does it fade away then? i have the same issue. I can still see the taskbar. But on a Dell XPS 13 9365 QHD.  Which is only 6 month old. how is this possible?
