XPS 13 Shortcut Question
So I just got a new XPS 13 and was having trouble figuring out how to change my keyboard shortcuts. I want to be able to press F5 to refresh the page, rather than Fn + F5. Is it possible to just change the F5 key while keeping all other multimedia keys the same?
I appreciate the help.

The Fn key behavior should be in the BIOS, but it should be all or none.
