XPS-15, 9530 Base Model keeps freezing

Question

My XPS-15, 9530 Base Model is less than a month old and I continue to experience periodic freezes. The freezes mostly occur when coning out of sleep mode, or switching accounts. Another issue is I occasionally get a black band in the middle of the screen when going to a web site such as Pintrest, but it does fill in fully after a few seconds. I've called Tech support, and they had me do a refresh, which has not helped. They also ran diagnostics with no problems found. Is anyone else experiencing these issues with their new XPS-15 (9530) Base Model?

Mine has frozen once, but I think it's down to the Touch screen drivers.

While it is frozen, have you tried using the touch screen, does it select anything? does CTRL SHIFT ESC bring up task manager?

Try updating to latest latest BIOS and touchscreen drivers.. just incase that helps
