I would recommend you to perform a System Diagnostics. To launch diagnostics, press and hold “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts. For more information click the link mentioned below:

If the diagnostics pass with no error code, let me know how old is the system battery.

Also, open Battery Meter from Control Panel or from the battery icon on taskbar (bottom right corner). The Battery Meter can be used to check the Status, Life and Health of the Battery.

Check what it says there about the battery health.If it says the battery is performing normally, check if you can try another battery from a friend or someone whom you know who has a similar system. This will help to find out if its your system battery which needs to be replaced.
