XPS 15 Restoring Windows 7
Does restoring a Windows 7 laptop to factory settings (i.e., not a clean install) require anything extra besides re-installing programs, such as updating drivers, Windows updates, etc?

Hi rray,
When you use Dell System Restore on your XPS 15 Everything that came on the laptop will be there, except windows updates.
(only other thing. If you upgraded any hardware on it, you'll need the drivers for that.)

Is there a simple way to determine what drivers need updating? I do not remember everything I have upgraded. Can the Dell Diagnostics tell me which drivers are needed?
