XPS M1330 GPU problem

Question

I bought an M1330 in April last year with nVidia 8400M gpu on it.  Recently, it developed the 'famous' vertical line problem.  The laptop has a one-year warantee extention for the video card.  Since the general one-year warantee has been expired, the tech support put me in the premium service every time I called.  I did not want to use the premium service for this problem.  Therefore, I used email to get support. After couple days of checking, they sent me an email saying that it is the problem of nVidia GPU, and they will replace the motherboard and asked me for some kind of information such as customer number, invoice number, or similar.  I sent them an email and gave the information they requested on May 23 and have not received any reply since then.  I have had great experience with Dell Support and bought many desktops and laptops for my family and friends from Dell.  I feel a little nervous this time because they had replied emails promptly before the last email.  I do not know what I should do to resolve this problem quickly.  Is there any special phone number I could call? I appreciate any help and information very much.
