XPS M1330 Supported processors

My laptop came with an Intel T7500. Can this chipset support a P9500 processor? Both are socket P processors the T is 800Mhz FSB 35W and the P is 1066Mhz 25W?

With the obvious wattage difference and FSB what is the diffrence with features on the processors?

The system supports 800 MHz bus CPUs, max.  1066 MHz bus CPUs are not supported and never will be.

Hope this isn't a dumb question I know memory is backwards compatable would the processor be? Meaning If I put a P9500 would it work but just operate at 800Mhz or the system wont reconize it don't try it kind of thing?

The chipset doesn't support that CPU, so it won't even boot.

Understood. I was hoping it would even if it ran at lower FSB cause it uses less watts and voltage. I would think it would run slightly cooler since its drawing less power but I see what you are saying.
