XPS M1330 does not boot
Dell XPS M1330 won't boot after increasing memory from 2x1Gb to 2x2Gb. Memtype is KTD-INSP6000C/2G, equiv to Dell A1167409 and should work fine.
This is what happens: Machine powers up, disk spins, but no screen activity at all. Only NumLoc LED flashes for some 10 sec and machine then turns itself completely off.
When replacing the original memory, all returns to well & normal.

Try just one of the two new modules - sounds like one of them is faulty.
