XPS M170 - UPGRADEABLE???

Question

My current config is:   Intel(R) Pentium(R) M Processor 2.26 GHz 2.0 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce Go 6800 Ultra   I know the RAM is max but can the processor or video card be upgraded? I'm seeing that the most recent Need for Speed (the  most recent game) is asking for 2.8 GHz processor or better. Will I run into a bad gaming experience if I attempt to install this game?  Please advise.

CPU>2.26 is the highest.  video card>7800gtx. http://forum.notebookreview.com/archive/index.php/t-44986.html . Read this post with gaming for the m170 by the way the 7800gtx will run about $599.00.
