XPS M1710 Displaying on Widescreen LCD 32" problems

Hi, I own a XPS M1710 with a NVIDIA Geo 7900GTX. I am connecting it to a Hitachi 32" LCD TV with a DVI connection. When I first did this about 6 months ago it worked fine. It detected what TV it was and displayed to the whole screen fine. However, about 4 weeks ago, i tried it again, and now it only displays on part of the screen, like 4:3, not widescreen. I have tried re-installing the drivers etc. and running the NVIDIA display wizard but it will not display? The drivers are 84.63 Any ideas?

Sorry, I do not understand what the last post is supposed to be telling me.

What he's saying is that you should update your drivers with the latest Nvidia drivers from laptopvideo2go.com

That's probably a good idea, Nvidia usually fixes TV-out and multiple monitor/spanning issues similar to what you've described. Check that site out, they also have more information on the strictly GPU-related aspect of your notebook.
