XPS M2010 Bleutooth keyboard problem in Vista

After upgrading from XP to Vista (with the Dell Upgrade kit) all works fine except for the keyboard.
With the new Vista drivers installed, the Fn key is dead (not working, not recognized)
This meaning that I can't turn on (radio on) my wireless connection.
It's there, but without the Fn key I can't activate it.

I also noticed that by starting op the computer, the F2 key is not working, meaning that I can't enter Setup.

Even in the Windows Mobility Center the button "Turn Wireless on"  stays gray and can not be clicked.

Installes Logitech Setpoint, is OK for the mouse, but the keyboard is not there.
Dell Quick set, also gives no keyboard help.

So, I am out of ideas to solve the problem.
Who can help me?
Thanks

Do the keys work when the keyboard is docked to the system?

Well, it's not a battery problem as I tried both, keyboard docked and not docked.
In both cases the Fn key is not working (not recognized).

I found a way to walk around the wireless hotkey problem.
I started the computer with a USB keyboard plugged in.
This was given me the opportunity to enter Setup (F2).
Then I changed the Wireless hotkey settings from Wi-Fi (factory setting, meaning that the wireless switch only controls the Wi-Fi device ) to NONE (meaning that the wireless switch is ignored)
From now on I am able to use the button "Turn Wireless on" in the Vista Windows Mobility Center, which I could not activate with the factory settings (logic, of course).
By this, my major problem is solved. I can use a wireless connection, if needed.

However, the real keyboard problem, is not solved. Thinking logic again, I think it is a bleutooth driver problem. The Vista updated Bleutooth (350) is good for the mouse (Dell/Logitech). Before, with XP the bleutooth was a Toshiba driver. Perhaps the keyboard is a Dell/Toshiba layout, which is not recognized by the Logitech driver (as we can not see the keyboard in the Logitech SetPoint).

So, I hope to give you enough information, because I think it will help Dell to come with a driver patch.

XPS is a great machine, it's is my third Dell ... the best I ever had. It would be a pitty if Dell would not try to solve this little problem in the nearby future.

I had the same problem when I upgraded to Vista. Before the Vista upgrade came out there was a Bluetooth update for the XP. I tried to install it several times, but it kept failing about 1/2 way thru, and the bluetooth never seemed to work just right after that. When I installed the Vista upgrade (did the clean double install routine with back flip). The windows bluetooth driver seemed to work ok except the Fn keys wouldn't work during bootup and I kept getting this "unknown hardware found" that it couldn't seem to id or find a driver for. I knew there was a bluetooth update for the Vista, but after the several failed attempts with the XP, I was afeered to go for it. I finally held my breath and just dove off the deep end. It went right thru, and afterwards the the "new hardware" discovery went away and the Fn keys now work (I had also had the wireless no-switch issue). The only problem now, is if the keyboard goes to "sleeep", sometimes and it won't wake up. A few times I pushed the discovery buttons and reestablished partership with computer. Evevtually I figured out that if I took the battery out of the keyboard for a few seconds and stick it back in, it would wake up and work. Now the only thing is trying not to round off the head of that longwinded microscopic screw on the keyboard.
