XPS One 2710 cd eject stopped working
I installed a new hard drive and reinstalled windows 8 and downloaded all drivers from Dell. Then updated to windows 8.1. Everything works fine except the soft touch CD eject button does not work. I have read a few threads about this but have had no success. Help!

Hi COMPUTERJEFF,
Update the BIOS and install the On Screen Display application and Touch Panel Patch from the support site - restart the system and check, it would fix the issue.
Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private message with the service tag and your Name for case records.
