XPS m1330 Crash, OS will not load

consistent BSOD/restart when restarting, ran recovery console, No restore points show up. after startup repar, It loads, but idles on a black screen with a mouse cursor.

 

 

Running Windows Vista with SP1 by the way.

I installed AIM. But after chatting with a rep for a bit, we exhausted all solutions, and decided to restore it to factory defaults. Problem solved, unfortunately.

At least apple let me download all my purchased songs and movies, which numbered at about 150. I am happy. :D
