XPS13 Factory Reset problem

Hi,

I was performing Factory Reset but got stuck. Dell AssistSupport cannot authenticate my Microsoft account. Any ideas what it can be? I cannot go back now so I need to move forward from here on.

You can click the link below for information to factory reset your computer. Dell has no information on users Microsoft Accounts.

I don't understand why the Support assistant would be involved in installing Win 10.  Depending on what type of reset you are doing, you can set up a local account to finish the reset.  

Do you currently have access to the system?
