XPS13 L321X, Windows 10
In unregular intervalls hav the sreen is flickering from the right side till the middle and has to be restarted. Some people say th grafic card, some say windows 10 might be the reason.
I try to run Dell diagnostics but the respected download I can`'t open. The message:
C:\Users\XPS\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDF.tmp\install.log' for more information.Can someone help

Hi Sukratu,
Would request you to try and uninstall all the graphics driver from device manager and reinstall them back from out support website in sequence ,update the system BIOS and check if you can run diagnostic from F12 after restart. As the screen flickering issue is intermittent please try to check in an external monitor when the flickering appears (if laptop).Also try and update the chipset drivers from support.dell.com
