adding RAM to Inspiron 5100

Question

When i go to crucial.com and choose the Inspiron 5100 from the memory upgrade list, it says that I can upgrade only 1 of the dimms, and the other is only accessible by a technician.  however, if you remove the memory cover on the 5100, both dimms seem to be accessible.Can anyone explain?  And is this just an error on crucial's part? Bottom line, can the end user install memory on both dimms on the Inspiron 5100 system. Thanks.cazint

both ram chips are under the center panel on the bottom of the machine.  easily accessible and removable.
