battery related issue:not charging....
i own a dell inspiron 1525...whenever i plug in,it says plugged in,not charging and the battery indicator doesnt glow...the laptop runs on a/c power.However sometimes it starts to charge when i plug in .the laptop is 18 months old.i checked the bios settings..under battery section in bios it says unknown a/c adapter device installed and battery is functioning normally..is the problem with battery or adapter or motherboard??????.please help:emotion-6:

It's most likely motherboard and ac adapter. If you are under warranty, you will need to call tech support.
