bios issues e6410
I entered service tag and said could upgrade to A016, however is is preventing Windows from starting. I have tried all I know, how to I revert to a provides bios version.

Hi ,
To resolve this issue I would suggest you to try these steps .
Restart the system and keep tapping the F12 key then go to Advanced boot options then choose other options .Then click on BIOS update ,do make sure the pendrive is connected with the previous version of the BIOS setup file downloaded on it.Then choose the file and boot from the pendrive .This will downgrade the BIOS to the previous version.
